Your Rights, Our Obligations

By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered by g0111 at https://g0111.net (the "Platform"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and g0111 ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. Any translation of these Terms provided for convenience purposes does not have legal effect; the English version is the authoritative and binding document.

By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in certain jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the g0111 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager.

Access to g0111 and participation in any betting or gaming activity on the Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are aged 18 years or older at the time of registration and at all times while using the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and of your own free will, for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or as an agent for, any third party when using the Platform or placing wagers.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of g0111, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the g0111 Platform and subsequently re-registered without the explicit written approval of g0111's compliance team.

g0111 uses document-based KYC verification — requiring submission of a valid National Identity Card (NID) or passport — to confirm the age and identity of all registered players before any withdrawal request is processed. Players who fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of registration may have their account access restricted until verification is completed.

If you have reason to believe that a minor is accessing the Platform using your account credentials or your payment methods, you must notify g0111 immediately at [email protected] and take steps to restrict that minor's access to your devices and accounts. g0111 recommends using device-level parental control software to prevent underage access to gambling platforms.

To access betting and gaming services on g0111, you must create a registered account by completing the registration process on the Platform. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number for OTP authentication.

Single Account Policy: Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on g0111. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or identity documents — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, g0111 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, cancel any pending withdrawals, and permanently ban the individual from the Platform.

KYC verification documents must be submitted via the secure upload portal in your account settings. g0111 will process KYC submissions within 3 business days. Players will be notified by email of the outcome. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC verification is complete will be placed on hold until the verification process is finalised.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and OTP codes. g0111 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access was made possible by your failure to keep your login details secure. You must notify g0111 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Account credentials must not be shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third party. Any account found to be operated by a person other than the registered account holder will be suspended immediately pending investigation.

All financial transactions on g0111 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh:

• Mobile Financial Services (MFS): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of the transaction request.

Most bKash and Nagad deposits are processed and credited to your g0111 account balance within 60 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 1 business day to clear. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: typically within 1–4 hours of approval
• Bank transfer: 1–3 business days after approval

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits — where the payment method owner differs from the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate return of funds and possible account suspension.

g0111 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees. g0111 is not responsible for any charges levied by third-party payment providers.

g0111 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, g0111 will notify the player and may request additional documentation before proceeding.

All betting and gaming activities on g0111 — including sports betting, live casino, slots, and other RNG-based games — are subject to the specific product rules published within each game or betting market on the Platform, as well as the general rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific product rule and these general Terms, the specific product rule shall prevail for that product only.

Sports Betting: Bets placed on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sporting events are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for domestic fixtures, ICC for international matches). Live betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event at g0111's discretion, including in the event of technical issues, data feed interruptions, or significant in-game incidents.

Live Casino: Live dealer games hosted by g0111's provider partners (including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi) are governed by the rules displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino round, g0111's policy is to settle the round in accordance with the game state at the time of disconnection, as recorded by the game server. g0111 is not responsible for player disconnections caused by the player's own network or device.

RNG Games: All slot and RNG table games on g0111 use a certified Random Number Generator to produce statistically independent and unpredictable outcomes. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed within the game's information panel. Past outcomes have no bearing on future results in any RNG game.

g0111 reserves the right to void any bet or game outcome that is the result of a technical error, data feed error, or any form of prohibited conduct. In such cases, the stake amount will be returned to the player's account balance where possible.

g0111 offers a range of promotional bonuses and incentives to registered players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published with each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out below.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement — a minimum number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms at the time the bonus is offered. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated bonus validity period will result in the automatic expiry and forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

• Only wagers placed on eligible games (as specified per promotion) contribute to wagering requirement fulfilment.
• Live casino games, certain high-RTP slots, and sports bets with odds below specified minimums may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all — see individual promotion terms.
• Real money (non-bonus) funds are always used first; bonus funds are drawn on only after the real money balance is zero.
• Maximum bet limits apply when a bonus is active on your account. Placing a single bet above the stated maximum while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus.

Players who are suspected of abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting low-risk wagering strategies to extract bonus value with minimal risk, or colluding with other players — will have their bonus balances voided and may be permanently banned from all future promotional offers.

g0111 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable. Bonuses have no cash equivalent and cannot be transferred between accounts.

g0111 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling for all players. We recognise that gambling should remain a form of entertainment and that for a small number of individuals it may become problematic. In line with this commitment, g0111 provides the following responsible gaming tools which are available to all registered players at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts on your account to manage your spend.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications when you have been logged in and actively playing for a defined period.
• Cool-Off Period: Request a temporary suspension of your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off period, login is not possible.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a permanent or extended self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the exclusion period under any circumstances.

g0111 will not knowingly solicit, accept deposits from, or offer promotions to any player who has previously self-excluded from the Platform. If a self-excluded player successfully re-registers — whether through a technical failure or by providing different identity details — any net winnings generated during the exclusion period will be voided, and the account will be closed upon detection.

g0111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The player has provided false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• The player is in breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicious activity consistent with fraud, money laundering, or exploitation of technical errors is detected on the account.
• The player has created more than one account on the Platform.
• The player is found to be using automated software, bots, or other prohibited tools.
• The player has self-excluded and re-registered in breach of the self-exclusion agreement.
• g0111 is legally required to do so by a competent authority or regulatory body.

Where an account is closed due to a player breach of these Terms, any bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings held in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited. Real money balances resulting from legitimate deposits (minus any amounts subject to fraud investigation) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method after a reasonable investigation period.

g0111 may also suspend access to the Platform temporarily for scheduled maintenance, security updates, or technical investigations. In such cases, g0111 will endeavour to provide advance notice via the Platform or registered email. g0111 is not liable for any losses arising from temporary platform unavailability due to maintenance or technical issues outside its reasonable control.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and g0111 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
